Find out what AI says
when buyers ask about you
Your buyers ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude before they ask you. Zilvo runs those prompts, records every answer, and shows where you appear against the competitors named alongside you.

The problem
A recommendation is being made about your category right now. You cannot see it.
Buyers who used to open ten tabs now ask an assistant one question and act on the three names it returns. If you are not one of the three, you never learn that you lost.
The answer is invisible to your analytics
There is no referrer, no query string, no impression count. A buyer can be told about a competitor and you will see nothing at all in your dashboards.
Checking it by hand does not scale
Typing prompts into four assistants and reading the answers is an afternoon, and the results change next week, so it never becomes a measurement.
Every engine answers differently
Perplexity cites live sources, ChatGPT leans on what it learned, Gemini and Claude weight things differently again. Checking one tells you almost nothing about the others.
You cannot fix what you cannot attribute
Even when you know you are missing, you do not know which sources the model drew on — so there is nothing concrete to go and influence.
Search visibility took a decade to become measurable. AI visibility is being decided right now, mostly unmeasured.
What it does
It asks the questions your buyers ask, on repeat
Zilvo turns AI answers into something you can actually track: a list of prompts, four engines, and a record of who got named each time.
Add your brand and the competitors you benchmark against, then define the prompts your buyers really use — the category questions, the "best tool for" questions, the comparison questions. Zilvo can suggest a starting set for your category if you would rather not write them cold.
Each run sends every prompt to ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude, and captures the full answer. Zilvo then extracts what matters: whether you were mentioned, how you were described, which competitors appeared alongside you, and which sources the answer cited.
Because runs are repeatable, the numbers become a trend rather than a snapshot. Re-run after you publish, after a launch, or monthly, and watch share of voice move.
What you get back
- Coverage across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude
- Mention tracking per prompt, per engine
- Share of voice against the competitors you name
- Sentiment — how the answer actually describes you
- The sources each answer cited, so you know what to influence
- Repeatable runs, so visibility becomes a trend line

FAQ
Questions worth answering before you sign up
Which AI engines does it cover?
ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude. Each is queried separately and the full answer is captured, because the same prompt genuinely returns different brands on different engines.
What counts as a mention?
Your brand being named in the answer. Zilvo records where in the answer it appears, how it is described, and which competitors are named alongside it in the same response.
How do I know which prompts to test?
Write the questions you know your buyers ask, or start from the set Zilvo suggests for your category and edit it. Most teams end up with ten to twenty prompts covering category, comparison, and problem questions.
What does share of voice mean here?
Across your whole prompt set, the proportion of answers that name you versus each competitor you are tracking. It is the headline number to watch between runs.
How often should I run it?
Monthly suits most teams, plus an extra run around a launch or a big content push. Because runs are repeatable, the comparison between two runs is what carries the signal.
What does a run cost?
Between one and four credits per run depending on the engine — ChatGPT and Perplexity are 1, Gemini is 2, Claude is 4. Prompt suggestions cost 1 credit. New accounts start with 500 free credits.
Can I actually change what AI says about me?
Not directly, but the citation data shows which sources the answers rely on. Teams use it to prioritise the roundups, comparison pages, and publications worth earning a place in — then re-run to measure whether it worked.
